Dough Mixing
We start with premium flour, butter, eggs, and milk. Our two-generation recipe uses precise ratios perfected over decades to achieve the ideal dough consistency.
Rolling & Shaping
The dough is carefully rolled out to a uniform thickness. Consistency here is key — it determines the final texture of every piece.
Cutting
The rolled dough is cut into those iconic small cubes. Each piece is sized for the perfect snacking experience — small enough to pop in your mouth, large enough to savor.
Deep Frying
Cubes are deep-fried in fresh vegetable oil at precisely controlled temperatures. This is where the magic happens — the outside turns golden and crunchy while the inside stays soft.
Cooling
Freshly fried chin chin is cooled at room temperature to lock in crunch. No rushed processes — patience produces the best texture.
Flavoring
Our signature flavors are applied — from rich cinnamon to tropical coconut. We use only natural flavoring, no artificial colors or preservatives.
