Food Product Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. Your safety and satisfaction are our priorities.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not already been prepared or shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
